We don't ship to post offices, mailboxes or forwarding companies. Orders can only ship to actual (physical) addresses.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship anywhere in the world, including the North America, Mexico, Europe, Central and Latin America, Middle East, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, , Indonesia, India, Thailand, and South Africa.

Do you offer free shipping?

In order to offer the best experience possible, we ship all orders using insured (paid) services provided by carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS, etc.

Do you use drop shipping?

Absolutely not. We carry, inspect, carefully pack and ship all items and orders ourselves. You won't receive orders or items from third parties.

How long does it take to ship?

Most items ship in 7 working days, but some special, made-to-order or handcrafted items may take additional time to ship. To know more, please refer to the details and information of the product you're purchasing. If your order combines items that ship in 7 working days and other item(s) that take longer, all items will ship together. Please notice that we won't be able to rush or "prioritize" shipping schedules.

After your order ships, additional carrier delivery time will depend on the destination and other factors not controlled by us.

What shipping options are available to my country?

Shipping options available to your country are automatically displayed during checkout. The lowest fees offered by shipping carriers are automatically calculated based on items size and quantity. If Standard Shipping isn't shown during checkout, it's because there aren't carriers currently offering this service to your country or region.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

All orders ship using insured shipping services provided by FedEx, UPS, DHL and similar carriers. The carriers are fully responsible for losses or damages that may occur before your order is delivered.

If an item appears to be  damaged or broken when you unpack your order, pleasd contact us immediately with video or photos of the problem. IMPORTANT: If you damage or break an item after unpacking or if your parcel is stolen or damaged because it was left unattended after delivery confirmation, you won't be eligible for the carrier's insurance.

Are import taxes included in the shipping fees?

Some countries do tax imported goods, which requires the customer to pay additional charges before the order can be delivered. Shipping fees don't cover import duties, VAT or taxes that carriers may need to directly charge customers.  It's the customer's responsibility to clear all customs duties (tax documents, personal ID) and pay all necessary import taxes or additional customs charges upon order arrival.
